Centre Park Historic District Reading PA Antique show

Well, the show was a great one again. This is my second year doing it and the weather was almost perfect--just a little hot!
The first thing to go was two sets of my handmade wooden drawers. Sold the vintage nativity set quickly too but I still have the log house. It got attention, though! Didn't sell the bench or commode either. I did sell lots of costume jewelry for 5.00 each, some old books, old farmhouse items like a rusty lamp holder and copper ladle, etc. Sold cast iron horses and some vintage sewing items. I still have more left that I am selling Sept 25-27 at the Kutztown Extravaganza, Kutztown, Renningers, pA.

Come visit Arts and Antiques Fair in Reading, PA historic district

This weekend, Sunday, Sept. 14 is the annual Arts and Antiques Fair at Centre Park Historic District in Reading, PA. It is all free and open to the public. 1000s of people come throughout the day and last year was really great. Good food and music and vendors (like me) selling antiques and art. I sell antiques, of course--at good prices! My daughter lives just across the street so this one is really convenient for me!
I have lots of primitives like wooden benches and tables, a few quilts, some pottery and ceramics, and linens. I have a really neat doll house made out of logs, an old nativity set, a re-purposed commode (made into a bench and flower pot), handmade wooden drawers made as jewelry or tool boxes, etc! Come on out if you are close to the area! It starts at 10 but we set up and sell as soon as we get there. Goes until 5PM.
